- Double column machine provides maximum capacity and rigidity
- Miter cutting to the front 45 degrees and rear 60 degrees
- Hydraulic tilt of saw head with digitial display with preset pause. Tilt
has variable speed to aid in accurate positioning - Blade canted at 4 degrees to aid in cutting structural steel and
flats - Design utilizes linear bearings for high stiffness and smooth motion
- Stationary front and rear horizontal vises
- Full stroke hydraulic vises on both sides of the blade with variable vise
pressure - Hydraulic lift of the saw head
- Saw up travel can be set to minimize distance between the blade and the
top of the material - Saw down travel limit can be set
- Cutting feed rate hydraulically adjusted
- Rapid down to prevent unnecessary adjustment of the feed rate
- Load sensing valve stops the feed if the blade starts to overload,
typical when cutting the web of structural shapes - Steel wheels with ductile iron hubs
- Blade guides are carbide faced with rollers to remove blade twist and
dampen vibration - Flood coolant system to both saw guides with adjustable flow rates
